April's love for sewing began at 15, driven by frustration with fast fashion and a desire for clothing that truly fits and lasts. That passion led to studying Fashion Design and Production at Lasell University, and studying Corsetry a the London College of Fashion. Through her young adult career she gained hands-on experience across a variety of disciplines, including:
